Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional teams to align HR policies with business objectives
- Offer strategic insights on organization development, global compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, and talent development to support the growth of the expanding function
- Provide performance management guidance to managers, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Foster positive work relationships, morale, and productivity among employees
- Handle and resolve complex employee relations matters through comprehensive investigations
- Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements within business units
- Offer advice and drive improvements within assigned teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives, especially in talent-related areas like succession planning and team capability enhancement, from inception to implementation
