Overview
Our client, a newly established cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the human resources function. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the company's culture and talent strategy within the fast-paced crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with business goals
- Establish and oversee the HR infrastructure, including policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions in the cryptocurrency field
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance management and career development frameworks
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Foster a positive organizational culture
- Create and execute employee engagement programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency or blockchain companies
- Proven track record of building HR functions from the ground up
- Extensive network within the crypto talent sector
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Thorough understanding of trends and challenges in the cryptocurrency industry
