Opportunity Overview
Responsibilities
Sources and converts institutional sales opportunities in the ASEAN region through robust prospecting, education, and advising
Develops client profiling strategies, identifying successful cases to replicate and focus marketing efforts
Identifies and evaluates new revenue streams and opportunities with existing and new clients in various sectors such as Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Endowments, Private Equity, and Sovereign Wealth Funds
Focuses on closing high-value deals for Cash OTC, Derivatives, Custody, Lending, VIP Loans, and Staking
Conducts comprehensive due diligence on prospects to ensure alignment with OKX's risk tolerance
Prepares proposals and presentations for prospective clients, collaborating with legal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts
Communicates feedback and identifies gaps in service or product offerings to senior management and product teams, proposing relevant improvements and solutions
Represents OKX as the brand ambassador for regional institutional clients
Works closely with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns in Korea
Qualifications
Demonstrates deep passion for crypto products, particularly OKX's key offerings
Proven experience in sales, including building a prospect pipeline, developing opportunities, and successfully closing deals
Ability to negotiate contractual and commercial terms while safeguarding OKX's interests through collaboration with legal teams
In-depth knowledge of the institutional crypto landscape of the country
Strong network within the local institutional crypto community
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of the products offered to institutional clients, including Block Trading, Derivatives (Perps/Futures/Options/Margin), and Cash OTC
Well-informed about the ever-changing regulatory environment in the crypto industry and its implications for OKX's business
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with expertise in sales planning and execution
Desired qualities include self-motivation, teamwork, independence, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
