Description

The Institutional Sales team offers a unique opportunity for individuals to cultivate and expand their institutional and high-net-worth clientele. You will be an integral part of a dynamic journey that involves onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument and creating customized crypto products that are innovative in the market. If you are part of the operations team, your role will encompass collaborating with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to contribute to the growth of our developing infrastructure.

  • Identify and cultivate institutional and high-net-worth clients in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain industry.
  • Take ownership in proactively identifying and presenting institutional leads, celebrating accomplishments from client onboarding to introducing unique crypto products to clients.
  • Shape and customize your products as the landscape of incorporating traditional financial services into crypto evolves, allowing you to contribute your creativity and expertise to cater to the specific needs of institutional clients.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with institutional client leads.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose suitable Crypto.com products.
  • Participate in conferences and events to represent Crypto.com and engage with institutional players.
  • Expand institutional reach through community events and interactions within the crypto space.
  • Conduct market research on crypto institutional trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate and finalize client agreements, as well as suggest new institutional crypto offerings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with institutional clients, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Tracked:

  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Volume of client transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 industry.
  • Established network of clients within the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize client relationships.
  • Proficient in professional written and verbal English communication.
