Description
The institutional sales team is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to proactively grow their institutional/high-net-worth client base. This role involves engaging in a dynamic journey from establishing client relationships to introducing innovative crypto products tailored to clients' needs. In the operations team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities collaborating with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the expansion of our infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and cultivate institutional/high-net-worth clients within the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain sector.
- Take ownership and lead in identifying and approaching potential institutional leads, ensuring a tailored and personalized approach.
- Customize crypto products for clients, introducing unique solutions that differentiate from existing market offerings.
- Poised to craft and adapt financial services products to suit the crypto landscape by leveraging your creativity and expertise.
**Daily Tasks May Include:**
- Prospect and reach out to institutional client leads, comprehending their requirements, and proposing relevant products.
- Participate in conferences, representing the company in interactions with institutional partners to enhance awareness of business products and services.
- Engage in community activities, attending gatherings to broaden the scope of institutional outreach.
- Research market trends and competitors in the cryptocurrency institutional sector.
- Negotiate and finalize client or partnership agreements, propose new institutional offerings, and maintain consistent communication with clients for feedback and product enhancement.
**Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services sales, with a diverse portfolio ranging from Sales Trading, OTC Sales, FX Sales, ETFs, to Prime Brokerage services.
- Exposure and a network of clients within the cryptocurrency space are considered advantageous.
- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for Senior Institutional Sales roles.
- Demonstrated track record in initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
- Proficient in professional written and oral English communication, with a focus on presentation skills.
