About the Role:
Define and establish relationships with institutional and high-net worth clients within the fast-growing crypto and blockchain industry. Your responsibilities involve proactively identifying and introducing institutional leads, winning new clients, and tailoring unique crypto products for clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative financial products adapted to the crypto landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching institutional client leads.
- Understanding client requirements and promoting relevant products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Representing the company at conferences to engage with institutional players.
- Engaging in community events to expand the institutional presence of the organization.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the institutional crypto space.
- Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Proposing new institutional crypto offerings.
- Maintaining regular communication with institutional clients, gathering feedback, and suggesting product enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Volume of client transactions.
- Revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or web3 in outbound sales within the exchange/custodian/prime broker sectors.
- Proficiency in institutional offerings like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Established network of clients within the cryptocurrency space, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients seeking custody solutions.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
- Demonstrated success in initiating and managing client relationships, acquiring institutional clients, driving business growth, and drafting relevant documentation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with proficiency in drafting professional documents and presenting ideas effectively.
