Institutional Sales Manager - EMEA

Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with institutional client leads.
- Understand client requirements and promote relevant products.
- Represent the business at conferences and engage with institutional entities.
- Engage in community outreach activities to expand the institutional network.
- Monitor market and competitor trends within the crypto institutional landscape.
- Negotiate and finalize client agreements and partnerships.
- Propose new institutional crypto offerings.
- Maintain rapport with institutional clients, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to products.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in financial services sales with expertise in a variety of mediums such as OTC sales, ETFs, prime brokerage services, etc.
- Minimum of 1 year working in a cryptocurrency environment with an established client network.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior sales positions.
- Proven track record in cultivating and monetizing client relationships and partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
