Institutional Sales Manager, UAE
The institutional sales team is offering an exciting opportunity to grow and manage your high-net-worth clientele within the fast-paced crypto and blockchain industry. You will play a key role in onboarding clients onto their first crypto instruments and introducing innovative crypto products to the market. As part of the operations team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the scaling of our expanding infrastructure.

Building and nurturing your institutional/high-net-worth clientele in the dynamic crypto & blockchain sector.
Taking ownership in identifying and engaging institutional leads, leading to successful client onboarding and customized crypto product offerings.
Crafting tailored products for clients by leveraging your creativity and expertise in traditional financial services adapted for the crypto landscape.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with institutional client leads.
Understand client requirements and promote relevant crypto products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events to raise awareness about institutional products and services.
Expand institutional reach through community engagement and collaboration.
Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
Facilitate client agreements and propose new institutional offerings.
Maintain relationships with institutional clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we track:
Number of new clients onboarded.
Volume of client transactions.
Revenue and profit generated.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker.
Familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
Established network/client base in the cryptocurrency sector, including hedge funds, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, etc.
Proven track record in building and monetizing client relationships, drafting agreements, and driving business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in English.
