We are looking for a dedicated Lead Auditor for our operations in France. The role involves designing and executing internal audit programs for the French exchange and futures businesses, reporting to the European Head of Internal Audit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement audit strategies to address key risks in the French businesses
- Create periodic audit plans using a risk-based approach
- Execute the approved audit plan effectively
- Assess the design and functionality of key controls to manage risks in the French operations
- Propose improvements to control structures based on identified weaknesses and industry/regulatory standards
- Support risk-based analytical data sampling processes
- Ensure end-to-end audit delivery in alignment with the IA Methodology
- Participate in quality assurance reviews to maintain audit standards across the organization
- Ensure timely delivery of data and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical field
- Proficiency in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Investigation functions
- Familiarity with prudential regulatory frameworks in major European jurisdictions, especially working with French regulators
- Experience in capital, liquidity, or market risk management
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and flexibility in handling daily operations and change initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in the crypto industry is advantageous
- Fluency in French and English is essential for engaging with French regulators and internal teams
