About The Role

This position involves close collaboration with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, liquidity health, risk management, and a premium trading experience for users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily performance of the P2P platform including liquidity, order success rates, disputes, and user behaviors.
• Identify operational challenges and propose data-backed solutions for better platform efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure compliant and secure marketplace operations.
• Execute operational tasks such as merchant evaluation, transaction monitoring, policy enforcement, and quality assurance.
• Analyze P2P market trends, payment methods, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics.
• Assist in merchant ecosystem enhancement through onboarding processes, rewards programs, and performance evaluations.
• Manage liquidity across key fiat pairs and payment channels in multiple countries for optimal balance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for tracking market conditions and internal KPIs.
• Monitor crucial indicators like competitiveness, completion rate, fraud patterns, and cancellations.
• Provide regular business insights to internal teams for strategic planning and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay regional requirements, test new features, and support feature rollouts.
• Partner with marketing and community teams for regional campaigns, payment method expansions, and user education efforts.
• Work alongside customer support and dispute resolution for streamlined user case management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in P2P operations, crypto exchanges, fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
• Strong knowledge of crypto landscape, particularly across APAC regions.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a detail-oriented approach and sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Previous experience in merchant management within a P2P or marketplace setting.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud techniques, transaction monitoring, or operational risk frameworks.
• Understanding of crypto compliance practices in major LATAM regions.
