Desired Experience:
- Work within a rapidly expanding team of top-tier professionals to deliver a regulated stablecoin as a scalable, dependable service

- Develop innovative microservices supporting stablecoin operations in financial services such as KYC, account management, payments and settlements, minting and redemption, deposit-to-earn, and APIs
- Enhance insights and knowledge in blockchain technology
- Explore stablecoin applications across centralized platforms (e.g., exchanges, banks, card companies) and decentralized blockchain ecosystems (e.g., BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polkadot)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team to collaborate with product and business teams in designing, testing, and delivering the stablecoin platform and introducing new features across web and mini-programs
- Assume end-to-end technical and engineering ownership of applications/features, identifying and resolving technical issues
- Provide hands-on guidance in architecture decisions, design reviews, and code implementation to influence daily development tasks
- Seamlessly integrate existing features, exchange, and payment channel services
- Construct APIs for secure and efficient integration with KYC, payment, and settlement systems for institutions and partners
- Extend the stablecoin services to meet mass adoption requirements, delivering enhanced user experience and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with a preference for experience in stablecoin, exchanges, payment services, and APIs
- Proficiency in web-based application and microservices development utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, and other relevant languages
- Demonstrated ability to code under pressure, excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership skills, including experience leading engineering teams and driving large-scale projects in collaboration with other teams
- Solid understanding of system performance and scalability, capable of making crucial technical decisions independently
