The Consumer Services department is at the forefront of providing a seamless experience for Ledger users in buying, swapping, or selling their crypto assets securely through Ledger Live. Collaborating with external service providers, we aim to streamline the crypto experience by creating an all-in-one platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead desktop and mobile development of Consumer Services from a technical perspective
• Work closely with development, QA, design, and product teams within Consumer Services
• Proactively engage with partner teams for smooth integrations
• Review code, ensuring quality, and adherence to best practices
• Ensure quality standards of Consumer Services are consistently maintained
• Foster technical growth within the front-end team
• Drive innovation in crafting crypto services with a focus on software quality, UI/UX, security, and blockchain tech

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in front-end software development, whether through internships, projects, or coursework
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with familiarity in React; basic knowledge of TypeScript is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn
• Team player mindset, keen on collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Detail-oriented UI developer with a passion for enhancing user experience
• Familiarity with modern development tools like Git, package managers, and CI/CD workflows
• Enthusiasm for learning testing practices such as Jest, Playwright, and React Testing Library
• Willingness to tackle performance and scalability challenges in front-end applications
• Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and DeFi, and their impact on front-end experiences
