The Junior Designer will work within the Binance Global Creative Team, collaborating with senior creatives to deliver top-tier design work for the Binance cryptocurrency platform.
The role entails creating impactful design solutions for various Binance creative requirements across digital platforms, focusing on maintaining a modern, effective, and inspiring brand presence.
The Junior Designer, reporting to the Design Lead, will be engaged in digital graphic design, campaign graphics localization, and crafting communications for multiple channels such as social media, websites, events, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create artwork and advertising that reflect Binance’s identity across its products and markets.
- Work closely with internal teams to uphold brand coherence and consistency in all creative outputs.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and actively contribute to internal creative discussions.
- Provide ideas for brand-centric campaigns and activations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable graphic design experience of at least 2 years in established studios or agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design range and communication expertise.
- Effective communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of independently executing creative work, even when in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with or an interest in Binance and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential; knowledge of Figma considered a bonus.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools and UI/UX work is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
