Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to OKX's senior leadership, managing operations in LATAM and actively participating in business expansion.
- Lead local marketing ventures, such as forming strategic partnerships and organizing key events.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance our brand visibility and market share through targeted local activities.
- Utilize data analytics to drive trading user objectives through data-informed decisions.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to facilitate regional business operations.
- Cultivate new partnerships and engage with the local community through strategic initiatives to reinforce our presence in the digital asset landscape of the region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational or marketing leadership roles, adept at growth strategies and team management.
- 8+ years of experience in growth or similar domains.
- Proficiency in managing growth/operations across multiple countries.
- Ability to inspire and engage teams, partners, and investors efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enthusiasm for crypto and digital assets.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong communication skills with local regulators, public authorities, and government representatives.
- Exposure to global environments and a cross-cultural mindset.
