Join us as a Lead Technician at Foundry, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, the most prolific investor in the blockchain industry. In this role, you will support our mining operations in Minden, NE under the guidance of the Site Manager.
The Lead Technician is responsible for upholding standards with a skilled team to ensure efficient and effective mining facility operations. Additionally, they foster a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, and a welcoming work environment that encourages career development.
An ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of ASIC mining, and project management experience. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in supervising the cryptocurrency mining site to ensure operational excellence and adherence to SLAs.
