Your Role:

Joining Circle's Product Strategy and Operations team means being at the forefront of shaping our business direction. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Business Development, and various teams to develop monetization strategies for new and existing products within the cryptocurrency landscape. As part of the Monetization team, you will lead the effort to create short and long-term value strategies, utilizing pricing and incentives to drive network growth. Your responsibilities will range from financial modeling and market research to influencing decisions at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft monetization strategies for different crypto categories
• Deep dive into evolving business models within the crypto space
• Drive commercial strategies for growth partnerships and design collaborations
• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing strategies and their impact
• Conduct competitive analysis on monetization approaches
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for monetization strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Monetization, Strategy, or related fields
• Preference for experience in Crypto or fintech
• Proficiency in financial modeling and deal support
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and driving decisions
• Thrives in dynamic environments and can bring clarity to complex situations
• A drive for growth and taking on strategic responsibilities

Additional Details:

This position offers day-one Permanent Resident sponsorship for qualified candidates. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill set, and organizational needs, with a competitive base pay range from $145,000 to $192,500.
