Responsibilities:
As a Lead Product Designer at Circle, your primary role will involve shaping design strategies and solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers in the currency, treasury, and payments domains. In close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and end-users, you will spearhead the design process for your product area, ensuring that our solutions positively impact businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gaining deep insights into customer requirements within the dynamic crypto and blockchain landscape
- Identifying and prioritizing customer needs in alignment with cross-functional teams
- Engaging with various stakeholders to foster early consensus on problem identification and resolution
- Utilizing data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making both internally and externally
- Contributing to the development of best practices and processes within the growing design team as we scale
Required Skills and Experience:
Lead Product Designer
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience in UX or product design, encompassing end-to-end design ownership of multiple products and features
- Proven track record of cultivating a customer-centric design culture and elevating the work of team members through mentorship
- Proficiency in connecting design solutions across different product areas to address common challenges effectively
- Expertise in tackling complex service design issues and intricate task-oriented workflows
Additional Details:
For eligible candidates, this position offers day-one PERM sponsorship. Compensation packages are tailored based on various criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements. The base pay for this role ranges from $157,500 to $207,500, with an annual bonus target of 15%. In addition to salary, benefits such as equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S. are provided.
