Requirements for Lead Product Designer Role:
In addition to meeting the Senior Product Designer prerequisites, the Lead Product Designer at Circle should possess:
- Over 7 years of UX or product design experience with end-to-end ownership of product design execution

- Ability to connect different product areas to solve related problems
- Experience in resolving service design challenges and complex workflows
