🤔 About The Role 🤔
As the Lead Recruiter, GTM at Immutable, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing player onboarding, discovery, and engagement, facilitating successful game launches through advanced monetization and growth products. Your primary responsibility will revolve around managing and expanding the recruitment process for GTM and commercial functions at Immutable, overseeing key roles within Sales, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Customer, and Strategy with the flexibility to support other hiring needs across the organization.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy and workforce planning, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of hands-on, strategic recruitment expertise and offers exceptional visibility and measurable impact across the business.
You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Drive Talent Strategy & Sourcing initiatives within GTM and commercial functions, establishing active talent pipelines through strategic sourcing techniques.
- Manage the full recruitment process for critical roles across Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, Customer, and Commercial Strategy, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Enhance Candidate Experience for senior commercial talent, ensuring a high-quality, personalized recruitment journey while bolstering Immutable's reputation in the competitive GTM talent landscape.
- Implement Innovative Recruitment Practices by exploring new sourcing methods, tools, and industry insights to optimize recruitment speed, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Teams by partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, workforce plans, and role priorities, providing guidance on market conditions and talent acquisition.
- Support Employer Branding efforts specifically focusing on GTM roles, working with internal teams to effectively position roles in the market and craft compelling narratives for senior commercial talent.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions utilizing hiring data and reporting tools to provide actionable insights, track recruitment performance, and continuously refine recruitment strategies.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record of managing complex hiring portfolios primarily in an in-house capacity.
- Recent experience (2+ years) in a startup or scale-up environment, collaborating directly with founders and executive leadership.
- Profound expertise in recruiting for GTM and revenue-generating positions, with a keen eye for identifying high-performing commercial talent.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring decisions and workforce strategy beyond executing requests.
- Advanced end-to-end recruitment skills, encompassing intake, sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and closing.
- Proficient in sourcing difficult-to-find commercial profiles in highly competitive markets.
- Data-centric approach to hiring, leveraging metrics and funnel insights to enhance recruitment quality, speed, and outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous settings, managing shifting priorities and tight timelines within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the capacity to effectively prioritize amidst competing demands.
- Background in high-growth tech, SaaS, or platform businesses with experience in scaling GTM teams.
- Experience in global hiring or recruiting across multiple regions, such as APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Prior experience in developing or expanding recruitment processes at scale, not limited to one-off hires.
- Skilled in evaluating talent quality beyond resumes, assessing potential impact, execution capabilities, and commercial acumen.
- Well-versed in modern recruitment tools and dashboards for tracking pipeline health and performance.

- Experience with Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
