Responsibilities:
- Assist Binance's Brazil initiatives in evaluating and applying legal aspects, such as local approvals, authorizations, or licenses.

- Draft and review legal documents, providing comprehensive risk assessments and recommendations to enhance business value and mitigate risks.
- Support business teams in launching new products and services by bridging commercial and regulatory aspects.
- Provide training to business partners in legal matters and counsel non-legal staff to enhance legal acumen across the company.
- Stay updated on current laws relevant to designated areas, offering strategic advice and ensuring compliance.
- Identify legal framework changes, maintain consistency in legal matters among internal stakeholders, and implement solutions for arising issues.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Brazil.
- Between 4 to 6 years of relevant legal experience in a global law firm or as a corporate counsel in the financial sector or at a fast-paced technology firm.
- Regulatory experience with Brazilian Central Bank and Comissão de Valores Mobiliários is preferred.
- Strong team spirit with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in legal technical skills, sound business judgment, and people management.
- Capable of independently managing complex projects with a hands-on approach.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficient in legal drafting and interpretation, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
