Responsibilities:
- Lead and propel lifecycle marketing initiatives in Brazil, from conceptualization and executing campaigns for all business assets to deploying strategies with the highest return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the holistic management of user lifecycle metrics encompassing activation, retention, and the win-back of churned users.
- Devise marketing tactics focused on maximizing client lifetime value through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, product mix optimization, and distribution channel selection.
- Establish and manage lifecycle marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly emphasizing driving conversions via Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) channels like email, app push, and inmail.
- Monitor, comprehend, and present crucial metrics within the organization.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design, scrutinize, analyze, and enhance marketing campaigns.
- Define marketing best practices involving segmentation, A/B testing strategies, and email communications based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with technical prerequisites for successful lifecycle marketing strategy implementation.
- Envision the future steps in the LATAM lifecycle, identifying challenges and opportunities, crafting innovative solutions, and predicting user requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in areas such as marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce marketing.
- Demonstrated history of launching both broad-scale and targeted campaigns across the user lifecycle.
- Proficiency in CRM/lifecycle management and email marketing/automation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot is advantageous.
- Expertise in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing.
- Background in product development, managing product life cycles, business process re-engineering, and fostering innovation.
- Strong analytical aptitude related to user behavior analysis, implementing user retention strategies in marketing funnels, alongside profound proficiency in Google Analytics, event tracking, data structures, data mining, measurement, and analysis.
- Innovative thinking for formulating creative marketing tactics and engaging campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to simultaneously handle multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Possess an innate sense of urgency and exceptional work ethics.
- Native proficiency in Portuguese and Fluent in English.
- Enthusiasm about cryptocurrencies is a welcome bonus.
