Responsibilities:

- Establishment of a comprehensive user lifecycle management system, focusing on retention, repeat purchases, and user engagement.
- Development and enhancement of referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic product growth.
- Implementing A/B testing and user segmentation strategies for refining operations.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Utilization of logical and data analysis skills to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in user growth and retention initiatives within transaction-based sectors.
- Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with a minimum of 3 years in senior user growth roles.
- Proficiency in AB testing, funnel analysis, and marketing automation platforms/tools.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to identify operational issues through data analysis.
- Familiarity with Business Unit products and understanding of user preferences.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to engage with international partners.
