Job summary: Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, aims to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and enhance financial freedom.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial relationships to maintain competitiveness and increase market share and trading volumes.
- Drive trading volume and revenue growth from global markets by actively engaging external participants and potential partners.
- Prepare client presentations and pitch materials.
- Oversee daily operations, including onboarding, training, off-boarding, Q&A, and reporting for Links.
- Conduct competitor analysis and facilitate internal communications for product and marketing strategies.
- Develop new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the broker scheme.
- Collaborate with key account managers, Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, and CS teams to support clients effectively.

Requirements:
- Must possess high energy and strong communication skills.
- Preferably 4+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, finance, or brokerage.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to respond quickly to client requests.
- Proficient in communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management.
- Efficient time management, multitasking ability, flexibility, and professional confidence.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of trading or blockchain technology is advantageous.
