As leaders in blockchain integration within gaming, we are searching for a talented Live Operations Game Designer to join our team remotely. This individual will play a key role in driving the success of NFL Rivals mobile game by developing and executing live operational strategies to enhance player experience continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage live operations for NFL Rivals.
- Accurately configure game content through meticulous data entry and manipulation tasks.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance tools and workflows for live operations.
- Design and implement engaging live ops strategies and seasonal narratives using game mechanics and systems.
- Coordinate and manage global live events, ensuring seamless operation and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain the authentic NFL experience within the game to uphold brand integrity.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders on content, implementation processes, and potential risks.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or management, preferably in mobile gaming.
- Proficient in managing and summarizing large datasets using spreadsheets.
- Understanding of game balance, pacing, and free-to-play economic models.
- Deep passion for video games and a strong grasp of mobile gaming trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective remote team collaboration.
- Skilled at problem-solving, adaptable, and efficient at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Unity game development and scripting is advantageous.
- Background in UI design, art, programming, or copywriting is a plus.
- Knowledge of NFL is beneficial.
