Description
Crypto.com is in need of an experienced Localization Technical Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep interest in languages and technology, coupled with a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will play a key role in advancing the automated processes to enhance AI prompts for more precise translation results. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will drive the delivery of top-notch localized content.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline the localization process for product/services, encompassing applications, marketing, and the website.
- Automate linguistic testing and quality assurance to guarantee accuracy and consistency in translated content.
- Develop a platform for localization management to centralize and optimize automated workflows.
- Assess and fine-tune AI prompts to achieve the highest quality of translated content.
- Partner with developers to implement localization best practices, such as internationalization and localization strategies.
- Address technical challenges related to localization, such as encoding and character display issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards in localization and internationalization.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for crypto, creativity, and a can-do attitude.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software development, focusing on web applications, with proficiency in the following:
- Building localization tools (e.g., MT/AI LQA)
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Vue for frontend development
- Python, Ruby, and/or Node.js for backend development
- AI-assisted development and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Firebase integration, AWS, Docker, K8s, and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions is advantageous.
- Prior experience in RtL UI layout deployment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
