We are looking for a skilled Localization Technical Specialist to join our team at Crypto.com. Responsibilities:

  • Streamline the localization process for our products/services, which encompass applications, marketing, and the website.
  • Implement automation for linguistic testing and quality assurance to maintain the accuracy and consistency of translated content.
  • Develop a localization management platform to streamline and manage automated workflows effectively.
  • Assess and enhance AI prompts to ensure the highest quality translated content.
  • Liaise with developers to integrate localization best practices, such as internationalization and localization strategies.
  • Resolve technical localization issues, including encoding problems and character display inconsistencies.
  • Stay updated on localization and internationalization industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Passion for cryptocurrencies, innovation, and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in localization engineering or multi-lingual software development (candidates with more experience can be considered for a Localization Engineer role).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby) and familiarity with localization tools (e.g., Lokalise, Crowdin, memoQ).
  • Sound knowledge of localization file formats (e.g., JSON, XLIFF) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
  • Experience in AI prompt engineering is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language.

About the Role
