Margin Financial Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, volume, and growth of Margin trading while aligning with broader trading product team objectives.
• Enhance trading system logic and improve user experience and capital efficiency of Margin trading.
• Strengthen risk controls to minimize platform risks without compromising user experience.
• Analyze business trends and propose/implement solutions end-to-end.
• Innovate on product models and business development strategies to expand the Margin trading business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial product management, with a preference for crypto native derivatives/trading experience.
• Proficient in traditional financial products management.
• Strong skills in product development design and project management.
• Excellent logical thinking and communication abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, empathetic to user feedback, and effective in a team environment.
• Demonstrates responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work well under pressure.
