Job Summary:

An opportunity is available for a strategic Market Operations Specialist to join BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance, the cryptocurrency exchange platform based in Thailand. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of Market Makers (MMs), Over the Counter Services (OTC), liquidity providers, and managing FX settlements with specific counterparts. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in trading operations to ensure seamless service delivery to users while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and supervise the performance of market makers and liquidity providers to maintain optimal liquidity, competitive spreads, and alignment with market conditions.
• Generate and deliver performance reports, offering actionable recommendations to enhance market maker effectiveness.
• Collaborate with MMs to address issues and implement strategies for improved liquidity.
• Manage the settlement process with Market Makers and Liquidity providers in coordination with the finance and clearing teams.
• Oversee FX and settlement operations to streamline remittance services efficiently while complying with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with MMs and liquidity providers to offer clients the best execution prices for OTC services, especially targeting high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance OTC and market operations.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify potential risks, and ensure smooth operation of all trading and remittance activities.
• Deliver detailed performance and risk reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for enhancing market liquidity across exchange and OTC offerings.
• Stay informed about cryptocurrency and financial market trends to sustain competitive service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
• 3-7 years of experience in market making, liquidity management, OTC trading, or similar roles within financial services or cryptocurrency.
• Proficient understanding of cryptocurrency markets, OTC trading mechanisms, and liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of FX operations and familiarity with remittance service frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics and deriving insights.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial services.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) for stakeholder communication.
