Marketing and Community Manager (Binance Labs)

We're currently hiring a Marketing and Community Manager for our Binance Labs team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing developer and social communities, and supporting portfolio projects. You'll collaborate closely with Labs investment and central marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and foster global community engagement.

This is a full-time remote position, and candidates from any location worldwide can apply (preference for candidates in Asia or US time zones).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to expand Binance Labs' brand awareness globally.
• Gain deep understanding of our products and users, and identify growth channels to drive traffic and promote activities.
• Select appropriate media outlets and build relationships with tech, finance, and crypto-related traditional and digital media.
• Create high-quality content targeting different audiences and optimize for SEO.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and devise innovative strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate events and revamp social channels and webpages to engage Binance Labs' developer community.
• Provide marketing and PR support to portfolio projects, including advising on marketing plans and facilitating media connections.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of marketing and communications experience in the fintech, venture capital, or blockchain sectors.
• Native-level proficiency in English, with strong communication and hosting skills for community events.
• Background in content creation and/or editorial work (preferably in news, technology, or finance).
• Proven experience managing web3 communities, ideally including developer relations.
• Strong grasp of finance and technology topics, and familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with web traffic metrics, analytics, and content optimization.
• Skilled in media interaction and building relationships.
• Self-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities.
