We are on the lookout for a Marketing Content Producer to spearhead the development of top-notch, innovative assets for marketing campaigns, brand projects, and community involvement. In this dynamic position, you will merge production proficiency with creativity to ensure the delivery of captivating content to a global audience.
Role Overview
The Marketing Content Producer will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to oversee the comprehensive production of campaign assets, which include trailers, social content, brand design materials, and community-driven content.
As an intermediary between creative execution and production, you will ensure that all marketing assets align with Seedworld's vision, appeal to our audience, and are delivered punctually and within the defined budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the creation, approval, and deployment of campaign assets, encompassing trailers, key art, social content, and other marketing visuals and videos.
- Manage art requests from various teams, ensuring deadlines and milestones are adhered to.
- Conduct quality checks on all assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal qualifications, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for in-house creative teams, marketing, production, and external partners.
- Organize routine creative reviews with development teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and approvals.
- Assist the team with logistical coordination for art/game/marketing assets.
- Coordinate creative outputs with Seedworld's strategic objectives in collaboration with department leads.
- Facilitate information flow among departments regarding deadlines, assignments, and priorities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Source, acquire approvals, and maintain all marketing store assets and copy across relevant stores.
- Offer support for senior leadership requests for assets related to special events, investor meetings, or media coverage.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of last-minute requests without compromising quality or timelines.
- Oversee post-production vendors, including sourcing, bidding, and contract processes.
- Collaborate on sourcing in-game assets with game producers and licensors.
- Manage content usage rights in coordination with licensing teams.
Proven Experience
- Successful background in content production within the gaming, creative studios, or digital media sectors.
- Experience in producing impactful marketing assets, preferably in gaming/Web3 industries.
- Proficiency in managing production workflows through platforms like Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Notion, or similar tools.
- Excellent skill in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to provide editorial guidance to align assets with brand vision and quality standards.
- Knowledge of gaming trends, NFT ecosystems, and Web3 content strategies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with content production workflows, localization procedures, and post-production tools.
- Understanding of music usage, licensing, and legal review processes for digital assets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mediate conflicts.
- Keen organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
