Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the company as a leading player in the crypto exchange landscape.

• Work closely with the executive team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals and drive revenue growth.

• Supervise brand strategy to maintain consistent, engaging messaging across various markets and communication channels.

• Growth & Acquisition:

• Lead user acquisition strategies through performance marketing, forming strategic partnerships, engaging with influencers, and implementing referral programs.

• Devise and execute plans to boost trading volume, liquidity, and user engagement.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing return on investment and enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).

• Community & Ecosystem Development:

• Spearhead global community-building initiatives on digital platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter) and offline events such as meetups and conferences.

• Collaborate with product, business development, and ecosystem teams to conduct co-marketing campaigns and stimulate ecosystem growth.

• Monitor community feedback and represent the customer's voice within the organization.

• Team Management:

• Establish, guide, and expand a proficient marketing team comprising experts in digital marketing, content creation, branding, community management, and partnerships.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

• Effectively manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across functions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of full stack marketing experience within crypto, fintech, financial services, or internet companies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local crypto markets, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven track record in driving user growth, enhancing brand presence, and executing global marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading large-scale digital acquisition, performance marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in leveraging analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Desirable to have previous exposure at a crypto exchange, wallet provider, DeFi platform, or Web3 entity.
• Extensive industry network encompassing media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and crypto communities.
• Familiarity with regulatory aspects in distinct markets such as AML/KYC compliance and advertising regulations.
• Fluency in English and the local language is necessary for coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
