Marketing Lead - Brazil

Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing Americas, oversee the development and implementation of local and regional product campaigns, in alignment with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaigns for local relevance to drive user growth
- Foster relationships with strategic marketing partners, experiment with different platforms, tailor messages for target audiences, and ensure budget responsibility
- Focus on user experience, analyzing the user journey to boost user conversions through tailored product offerings, user education, and operational campaigns
- Drive growth through paid acquisition, retargeting efforts, and optimizing web and native-app channels
- Plan and execute online and some offline marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns targeting local audiences
- Enhance user base and raise brand awareness for Binance through engaging, interactive, and informative methods
- Monitor campaign progress and effectiveness utilizing data analysis and user feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage end-to-end new media partnerships to drive quantifiable growth opportunities
- Continuously explore new channels, creative approaches, and concepts to fuel experimentation, optimization, and user acquisition growth
- Contribute to shaping the Binance brand in the Latam Region
- Lead and manage a team effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of pertinent marketing experience, preferably in a dynamic industry setting
- Hands-on attitude with a strong drive and willingness to achieve targets
- A keen interest and understanding of crypto/blockchain/technology
- Ability to work independently
- A degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and strategic marketing mindset
- Familiarity with both online and offline marketing avenues like social media, community engagement, and event coordination
- Demonstrated track record of growing and managing user bases
