Marketing Manager - New Zealand

Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and the largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and enhance marketing activities on a global scale. This role involves collaborating with teams worldwide to localize campaigns and optimize performance across various channels such as PR, social media, and events. The Marketing Manager will liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to drive successful marketing initiatives in Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns, including PR, social media, and events, coordinating efforts and monitoring results
• Analyze and report on campaign performance across multiple platforms to inform future strategies, providing recommendations for improvement
• Innovate ways to enhance user experience, tailor messaging for local audiences, and maintain brand perception
• Collaborate with global performance teams to maximize marketing outcomes in New Zealand, focusing on tracking and optimizing acquisition marketing performance
• Contribute to thought leadership and represent Binance New Zealand at industry events
• Stay informed on best practices and provide input on PR, sponsorship, and event strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is a plus
• Interest in cryptocurrency and excellent communication skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Strong project management skills, lateral thinking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities required
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize team success over individual achievements
