Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Member, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day functions at Anchorage Digital Bank. Your duties will involve collaborating with Sales, KYC Operations, Legal, and Client Experience teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. This entails safeguarding sales pipeline integrity, facilitating prompt client-specific contract execution, and delivering diligent and timely client care. You will be tasked with comprehending new account opening requisites, confirming accurate information, ensuring process adherence, and coordinating requisite approvals.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM management, ensuring records' integrity, synchronization across systems, while advocating for platform enhancements and advancements.
- Basic comprehension of legal repositories to proactively initiate and preserve contracts pertinent to Anchorage Digital clients.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Spearheading project work and technical integrations concerning Anchor Digital Bank’s core CRM and data systems as an essential stakeholder.
- Performing meticulous due diligence on client onboarding for new account reviews to maintain accuracy and regulatory conformity.
- Craft and upkeep comprehensive documentation for task and process tracking purposes, neatly defining and archiving all departmental responsibilities.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Understanding Anchorage Digital’s strategic objectives and seamlessly integrating this insight into team planning and goal-setting.
- Dexterity in linking company-wide priorities with specific work areas and effectively articulating the rationale behind operational tasks to the broader team.
