We are constructing a regulated platform that converges banking, markets, and digital asset landscapes. The Global Analytics Team at Anchorage Digital delivers quantitative, data-driven capabilities, imbuing business units with the tools needed to upscale, regulate, and meet supervisory requirements effectively. We are currently in search of a results-driven individual to join our Economic & Regulatory Analysis section, emphasizing capital, margin, liquidity, and supervisory readiness within banking and markets frameworks.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate foundational understanding in regulatory analysis pertinent to banking and markets frameworks, with the ability to decipher statutes, rules, and industry standards.
- Exhibit familiarity with capital, liquidity, and margin frameworks, along with risk measurement methods and regulatory capital concepts.
- Possess experience in working with extensive datasets, employing statistical tools (like Python, R), conducting research, and data analysis (e.g., SQL).

- Translate evolving banking and market regulations into practical analytics, policies, and operational strategies with minimal guidance.
- Assist in determining and maintaining capital, margin, and liquidity methodologies aligned with regulatory expectations.

- Support licensing applications, supervisory engagements, internal governance, and business decision-making processes.

- Identify governance points, internal approval routes, and key decision-making forums, ensuring clarity in materials.
Communication and Influence:
- Demonstrate proficiency in crafting technical documents suitable for various contexts, tailored to regulatory or banking audiences.
- Convey complex regulatory details into concise, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-team collaborations, contribute to multidisciplinary initiatives, and assist colleagues or stakeholders in technical subjects.

Candidate Profile:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, public policy, or related fields; advanced degrees are favorable.
- Showcase 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory advisory, risk/capital functions, or regulatory agencies.
- Exhibit familiarity with prudential standards (OCC/FRB) and derivatives/market frameworks (CFTC/SEC) and practical exposure to regulatory capital, margin frameworks, banking, or derivatives markets.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including data handling and application of statistical tools.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Display high analytical rigor, cross-functional execution expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Up-to-date familiarity with blockchain and crypto advancements is advantageous.
- Emotional connection to the soundtrack of Hamilton, portraying the foundation of a new financial system, is a plus.
