The KYC Quality Control analyst position contributes to an ongoing effort to refine a program based on industry advancements. This role holds significance in ensuring timely execution of KYC due diligence to cultivate a positive client experience, while also upholding quality in alignment with regulatory standards crucial to Anchorage Digital's BSA/AML Compliance Framework.

- Autonomously conduct client KYC reviews per established protocols.

Qualifications for the Role:
- Prior experience in conducting due diligence reviews on various institutional client types including Investment Managers, Funds, Money Service Businesses, Banks, Operating Companies, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in compiling AML and Non-AML due diligence findings through meticulous public research.
- Proficiency in cross-team project management and facilitation, with acute attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles offering support and guidance to clients or middle office teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with crypto native institutions.
- Passion for contributing to early-stage startups.
- Proficiency in multiple jurisdictions, possibly including knowledge of the Monetary Authority of Singapore's requirements.
- Bonus points for being emotionally inspired by the soundtrack of Hamilton, symbolizing the birth of a new financial system.
