- Working in the Talent, Research & Sourcing team, your role will be collaborating with recruiters to create robust pipelines for Product, Design, and Engineering positions. These roles encompass areas such as security, trading, Blockchain, back-end and front-end development, product design, brand design, and product management. By deeply understanding role requirements, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and utilizing strategic sourcing methods, you will contribute to the growth of Anchorage and the larger digital assets ecosystem. Your responsibilities will involve executing tailored sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate qualifications, and maintaining database documentation.

Technical Skills:
- Initiating engagement with prospective candidates across multiple platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Devising sourcing tactics using Boolean search strings and tools like GitHub and Stack Overflow.
- Ensuring the presence of a sizeable pool of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions.
- Analyzing candidate profiles to match technical skills with role requirements and industry developments.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for roles at Anchorage Digital.
- Maintaining precise documentation within relevant systems like the applicant tracking system (ATS) and a variety of sourcing tools.
- Tracking sourcing metrics to measure efficiency and enhance sourcing methods continually.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Conducting sourcing activities for Anchorage Digital locations worldwide.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Anchorage Digital's position in the digital assets ecosystem.
