- Working in the Talent, Research & Sourcing team, your role will be collaborating with recruiters to create robust pipelines for Product, Design, and Engineering positions. These roles encompass areas such as security, trading, Blockchain, back-end and front-end development, product design, brand design, and product management. By deeply understanding role requirements, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and utilizing strategic sourcing methods, you will contribute to the growth of Anchorage and the larger digital assets ecosystem. Anchorage Digital aims to recruit top-tier talent globally, foster engagement, and ensure talent retention to fuel growth and success. Your responsibilities will involve executing tailored sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate qualifications, and maintaining database documentation.

### Responsibilities include:

Technical Skills:

• Initiating engagement with prospective candidates across multiple platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Devising sourcing tactics using Boolean search strings and tools like GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Ensuring the presence of a sizeable pool of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions.
• Analyzing candidate profiles to match technical skills with role requirements and industry developments.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

• Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for roles at Anchorage Digital.
• Maintaining precise documentation within relevant systems like the applicant tracking system (ATS) and a variety of sourcing tools.
• Tracking sourcing metrics to measure efficiency and enhance sourcing methods continually.

Organizational Knowledge:

• Conducting sourcing activities for Anchorage Digital locations worldwide.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Anchorage Digital's position in the digital assets ecosystem.
• Clearly articulating Anchorage Digital's range of products and services.

Communication and Influence:

• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to align on job requirements and sourcing approaches.
• Conducting stakeholder training on sourcing strategies, market trends, and candidate engagement best practices.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.

Qualifications:

**- Previous experience in global sourcing and proficiency in understanding diverse markets and executing sourcing strategies.

• Background in the crypto sector, particularly in recruiting for Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Track record of sourcing in private growth-stage companies with a focus on equity compensation packages.
• Extensive experience in high-volume sourcing within both in-house and agency environments.
• Strong communication skills for establishing quick rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Curiosity, humility, and dedication to fostering a culture of transparency and shared understanding.**
