Job Overview:
The Mining Operations Tech is integral to the success of CleanSpark's Bitcoin mining operations. This role is part of a larger team that provides 24/7 coverage, support, and assistance to the engineering and facilities departments.
Recent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply for this position, which offers a starting rate ranging between $21.00 - $23.00 hourly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Logging and scanning equipment shipments, maintaining accurate records, and updating tracking systems.
- Assisting with special projects for equipment installation and reorganization.
- Conducting basic maintenance on miners, such as fan and power supply replacement.
- Monitoring mining pool data and reporting significant changes.
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues affecting production.
- Escorting approved visitors within the facility for equipment work.
- Providing remote assistance for troubleshooting and equipment reboots.
- Collaborating with the facilities team on building and electrical maintenance.
- Monitoring temperatures and addressing any fluctuations in data centers or office spaces.
- Performing additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Technical experience is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, basic computer proficiency.

- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
