Primary Duties

Project Oversight: Lead project planning activities, create schedules, establish project scopes, and manage construction project budgets.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Possession of PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial, energy, or data center settings.

Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management tools such as MS Project and Procore.

Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing project data to make informed decisions, ensuring project success.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Organizational Aptitude: Strong time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address project issues promptly and efficiently to maintain project progress.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to construction sites and various CleanSpark facilities as needed.
