CleanSpark, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as a Hardware Repair Lead. This role is crucial in overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of the company’s cryptocurrency mining equipment. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in hardware repair, project management, and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of technicians in performing repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
Lead product testing and validation of hardware components such as hash boards, power suppliers, and fans.
Manage inventory operations including procurement and backlog tasks.
Develop and maintain project timelines, metrics, and resource allocation.
Keep detailed records of repair activities, maintenance tasks, and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations during all repair operations.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to mining operations.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs for the team's location to drive performance.
Provide assistance with additional tasks as required to meet departmental goals.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in an industrial or commercial setting.
Strong understanding of electronic components and their interactions within circuits.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
Experience with inventory tracking procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
Proficient in handling delicate components without causing damage.
Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.
Certification in Bitman repair is a plus.
Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is beneficial.
Clear and concise communication skills required.
