Job Overview:
The position of Mining Operations- Assistant Site Manager at CleanSpark contributes significantly to the bitcoin mining operation. Working closely with a diverse team, this role offers continuous coverage and support for the mining centers, aiding the ongoing efforts of the engineering and facilities teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead a team of skilled technicians with tactical and strategic guidance to uphold top-notch performance levels.
- Collaborate with the site manager to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement for maintaining uptime of 99% or more.
- Ensure adherence to procedures surpassing local Health & Safety standards for bitcoin mining facilities.
- Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for essential facility operations.
- Work closely with leadership to address workforce and operational challenges effectively.
- Undertake project deployment tasks when necessary.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: One year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility is preferred.
- Key skills: Proficient leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently on tasks, basic computer proficiency. Notable personal traits include proactiveness, helpfulness, conscientiousness, and dedication to quality work; must be a team player.
