Hardware Assembly Technician

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and prepare parts, tools, and equipment required for repairs, including heat sinks.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment and tools are well-maintained.
- Keep accurate documentation and monitor repairs using the work order system.
- Maintain the hardware repair shop's physical environment.
- Record and scan incoming inventory shipments.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory using pallet jacks.
- Disassemble miners and remove hash boards as necessary.
- Apply thermal paste to hash boards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
Salary Range: $20 - $20 per hour
Additional Requirements:
This role may involve tasks that require operating a company vehicle or traveling between job sites. Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
