Hardware Assembly Technician

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare parts, tools, and equipment required for repairs, including heat sinks.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment and tools are well-maintained.
• Keep accurate documentation and monitor repairs using the work order system.
• Maintain the hardware repair shop's physical environment.
• Record and scan incoming inventory shipments.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory using pallet jacks.
• Disassemble miners and remove hash boards as necessary.
• Apply thermal paste to hash boards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.

Salary Range: $20 - $20 per hour

Additional Requirements:

This role may involve tasks that require operating a company vehicle or traveling between job sites. Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
