Description
We are in need of a skilled Motion Designer to join our Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. The ideal candidate should be experienced, creative, and enthusiastic about delivering visually captivating digital content across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely with the Senior Motion Designer, you will be responsible for producing engaging graphics, images, and videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
The role requires expertise in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling effective collaboration from any location.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing digital content that adheres to brand guidelines and engages the target audience.
- Keep updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms to provide users with a seamless and visually pleasing experience.
- Create compelling narratives through 2D and/or 3D motion graphics for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Support the team in conceptualizing strategies to reach project performance goals effectively.
- Utilize AI tools to produce compelling visuals and content.
- Ensure the developed work gains strong social exposure to effectively engage the target audience.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency roles.
- Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
- Performance-driven mindset and familiarity with performance ads.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with Figma and a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms with knowledge or exposure to AI tools.
- Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of the fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
