Motion Designer

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our dynamic Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Motion Designer to create captivating digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, stay updated on digital trends, and have the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling content.

This role requires proficiency in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing seamless collaboration from any location.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging digital content, including graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content continuously.
• Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Create compelling narratives through 2D and 3D motion graphics to engage audiences on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative insights, and ensure design solutions meet business goals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Support team members in developing concepts to achieve project objectives.
• Produce visually appealing content using AI tools to increase social exposure and engage target audiences effectively.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/degree in areas such as Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or Advertising.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency environments.
• Proven track record as a Motion Designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects, especially 2D motion graphics.
• Performance-driven mindset and experience with performance ads.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms, with exposure to AI tools and advantage for knowledge in 3D motion graphics.
• Familiarity with fintech, crypto, and NFT fields considered advantageous.
