Job Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging digital content, including graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content continuously.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create compelling narratives through 2D and 3D motion graphics to engage audiences on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative insights, and ensure design solutions meet business goals.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Support team members in developing concepts to achieve project objectives.
- Produce visually appealing content using AI tools to increase social exposure and engage target audiences effectively.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/degree in areas such as Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or Advertising.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency environments.
- Proven track record as a Motion Designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects, especially 2D motion graphics.
- Performance-driven mindset and experience with performance ads.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms, with exposure to AI tools and advantage for knowledge in 3D motion graphics.
- Familiarity with fintech, crypto, and NFT fields considered advantageous.
