Motion Designer

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior Motion Designer to create engaging digital content that adheres to brand standards and connects with our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, be updated on social trends, and be capable of transforming ideas into compelling visuals.

This opportunity allows for remote work flexibility, leveraging AI tools for effective collaboration irrespective of location.

Duties

• Design and produce visually appealing digital content, including graphics and videos, in line with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Stay informed about design tools and emerging technologies, particularly AI tools, to enhance the quality and creativity of digital content.
• Adapt content for different digital platforms to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Utilize 2D or 3D motion graphics to create engaging narratives for social media platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure designs meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate in developing performance-driven concepts aiming to achieve project goals.
• Create visuals and content with AI tools, maximizing social exposure to engage target audiences effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital design or agency roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Motion Design, with experience in 2D motion graphics.
• Track record in performance-driven design and familiarity with performance ads.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Figma and understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in producing content for various digital platforms and social media channels.
• Knowledge of the latest AI tools and advantage of 3D motion graphics understanding.
• Background in fintech is a bonus.
