Description
We are looking for an experienced and imaginative Motion Designer to join our Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. Working closely with the Senior Motion Designer, you will be involved in creating captivating digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and have the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
This role requires proficiency in AI tools and allows for remote work flexibility, enabling effective collaboration from any location.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing digital content, including graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, especially in AI, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to provide a seamless and visually pleasing user experience.
- Create engaging narratives through 2D and/or 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences on social media.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Support the team in developing concepts that align with project performance goals.
- Produce compelling visuals and content utilizing AI tools.
- Ensure maximum social exposure to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency settings.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Motion Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing various digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
- Performance-oriented mindset with experience in performance ads.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest AI tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Understanding of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is a definite advantage.
