We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the Senior Motion Designer to create visually compelling digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and have the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
This role offers flexible remote work options and requires proficiency in AI tools. You will have the opportunity to work from any location while contributing effectively to projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design captivating digital content like graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and new technologies, especially AI tools, to enhance digital content quality.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create engaging narratives using 2D and/or 3D motion graphics to attract audiences on social media.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, offer creative input, and deliver design solutions aligning with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Support the team in generating concepts to achieve project objectives. Utilize AI tools to develop compelling visuals.
- Ensure content has a strong social media presence to engage target audiences effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in fields like Design, Visual Communications, or Digital Media.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital or agency settings.
- Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer, with a diverse digital design portfolio including 2D motion graphics.
- Performance-oriented mindset with experience in performance ads.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience creating content across various digital channels and social media platforms.
- Understanding of 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools and knowledge of fintech, crypto, and NFT spaces is beneficial.
