Motion Designer

We are in search of a skilled, imaginative Motion Designer to join the Crypto.com Growth Creative Team, collaborating closely with the Senior Motion Designer. This role focuses on creating captivating digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong design sense, keeps abreast of digital trends, and excels at transforming concepts into visually striking assets.

This position calls for proficiency in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling effective collaboration from any location.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate visually compelling digital content adhering to brand guidelines and resonating with target audiences.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies like AI to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content.
• Tailor content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Develop engaging narratives using 2D and 3D motion graphics for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Support your team by contributing to concepts that align with project performance goals.
• Create compelling visuals and content utilizing AI tools.
• Foster broad social exposure for your work to engage target audiences effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital, design, or agency settings.
• Proven track record as a Motion Designer reflected in a diverse portfolio of digital design projects, with a strong emphasis on 2D motion graphics.
• Performance-driven with experience in performance ads.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite and relevant tools, along with working knowledge of Figma.
• Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms, as well as knowledge of AI tools.
• Familiarity with 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
• Additional knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT space is a plus.
