Responsibilities
- Develop engaging digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, adhering to brand guidelines and resonating with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create captivating narratives through 2D and/or 3D motion graphics for social media engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Assist the team in developing concepts that align with project goals effectively.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency roles.
- Proven track record as a Motion Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing various digital design projects, especially 2D motion graphics.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience in performance ads.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience creating content for digital channels and social media platforms, with knowledge of the latest AI tools.
