Description
We are in need of an experienced Motion Designer to join our vibrant Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. Partnering with our Senior Motion Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting captivating and innovative digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong design acumen, keep up with digital trends, and have a knack for translating concepts into compelling visuals.
This role allows for remote work flexibility, enabling effective collaboration regardless of location.
Responsibilities
- Generate visually appealing digital content, including graphics, images, and videos consistent with brand guidelines and appealing to target audiences.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, especially AI tools, to enhance the quality and creativity of digital content continually.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a visually engaging user experience.
- Create engaging narratives through 2D and/or 3D motion graphics for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp project needs, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the team in developing project concepts aligned with performance goals.
- Develop appealing visuals and content utilizing AI tools for optimal social exposure and engagement with target audiences.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer through a robust portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
- Performance-driven mindset with proficiency in performance ads.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for various digital platforms and social media channels, including knowledge of AI tools.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of 3D motion graphics.
- Understanding of fintech, crypto, and NFT sectors is advantageous.

📢 The Opportunity: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
We are seeking a technical co-founder or EIR to help bring a newly incubated venture infrastructure product to market. This is a 3-month remote contract role, ideal for builders with Web3 and AI experience who want to launch a company with hands-on support.
Iron Key has developed proprietary AI tools for internal workflows and is exploring opportunities to externalize these as software-based consulting services or standalone software products. As an EIR, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, launching, and scaling these innovations.

Lead Startup Development – Take an incubated idea from concept to market launch.
Drive Innovation – Bring your own venture idea or work on an existing Iron Key product.
Strategic Execution – Develop and implement growth strategies.
Hands-on AI & Web3 Work – Build and iterate on cutting-edge solutions in AI and blockchain.
Leverage Resources – Work alongside investors, advisors, and a global network to accelerate your startup.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven entrepreneurial experience – Ideally, you’ve built a startup before (even if it failed).
Deep Web3 or AI expertise – Hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech is a must.
Strong problem-solving mindset – Ability to pivot, adapt, and execute in fast-changing environments.
Leadership & Vision – You’re a self-starter who can drive a business forward.
