NUVA Institutional Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and cultivate strategic partnerships with asset issuers to facilitate the onboarding of Real-World Assets (RWAs) onto NUVA.
• Lead the entire onboarding process for asset issuers, covering initial communication, due diligence, onboarding procedures, and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with NUVA's legal, compliance, product, and technical teams to enhance the asset onboarding process and ensure compliance with NUVA's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist asset issuers with product education, documentation, and technical integration to optimize successful launches on the platform.
• Establish strategic partnerships with prominent Traditional Finance (TradFi) and Web3 institutions to drive joint projects, product initiatives, and innovative use cases on NUVA.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in partnership building or business development within areas like fintech, DeFi, digital assets, or traditional finance, with a focus on asset onboarding or ecosystem development.
• Proven track record of securing and managing significant partnerships with asset issuers and/or institutional partners in DeFi/Web3.
• Extensive network within asset originators, managers, funds, banks, DAOs, Web3 protocols, and foundations.
• Strong interest and understanding of financial products, RWA, Web3, and DeFi.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion and post-sale management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese as assets.
